This site describes XD Arena at 1st Floor, Barkat Plaza, Nankana Road, Shahkot, District Nankana Sahib. By using it you accept the terms on this page.

We keep the information here accurate, but details change — rates, opening hours, the games on the machines and what the café stocks. The prices and information displayed at the counter on the day of your visit are the ones that apply. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability.

Any rates published here before our opening on 4 September 2026 are indicative and may be revised.

Bookings

• XD Arena welcomes walk-ins, and you can also book online with the Book a Slot form, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• An online request is an ask, not a hold — your slot is held once the counter confirms it back to you by call or WhatsApp.
• A hold is a courtesy, not a contract — if you are significantly late we may release it to waiting players.
• For the executive room, group evenings or a small tournament, please give us as much notice as you can.
• Platinum members get priority when a table or the room is in demand.

Playing here — the house rules

• Look after the equipment. No drinks on the table rails or frame, no sitting on the tables, and please do not lean your weight on the cushions. Cloth damage is expensive and takes a table out of service.
• Chalk away from the table. Chalk dust on the cloth affects how the balls run.
• Use the rest and extensions rather than stretching across the table, and return them where you found them.
• Respect other players. Sit down when it is not your shot and stay out of your opponent's eyeline. Our etiquette guide covers the rest.
• Staff decisions are final on table allocation, disputes and conduct.
• We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for damaging equipment, abusive behaviour, intoxication, or anything that spoils the evening for other players.

Payment

• Table time, café orders and arcade tokens collect into a single bill settled when you leave.
• We accept cash, card, JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and payment from a member card balance.
• Membership recharges can also be sent online — bank transfer (Meezan Bank), JazzCash, EasyPaisa or NayaPay to the accounts shown on the Apply for Membership page. Send the receipt on WhatsApp; the recharge counts once it is received and matched to your card.
• Snooker is charged per frame; the executive room is charged by the hour. Open-table rates are per single player and two players is double.
• Bills must be settled before leaving the premises.

Membership cards

• Membership requires a card fee and a minimum recharge, both shown on the membership page. The recharge is balance on your card, not a payment to us.
• Discounts apply automatically to all services except café items.
• Card balance and loyalty points are not exchangeable for cash and have no cash redemption value. They are spent on services at the arena.
• Cards are for the named member. Please tell us promptly if a card is lost so we can protect the balance; we cannot refund a balance spent before you report it.
• Loyalty point rewards, and the benefits attached to each tier, may be adjusted over time. We will announce changes on our social channels.
• The free card offer applies to the first 100 customers and ends once that number is reached.

Lockers

Lockers are provided to members as a convenience. Please do not leave valuables in them. Items are stored at your own risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to belongings left in a locker or anywhere else on the premises.

Your safety and belongings

Please play sensibly and supervise children. XD Arena is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a visitor's own carelessness, from failing to follow staff instructions, or from personal belongings left unattended. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Anyone who damages equipment through misuse may be asked to cover the cost of repair.

Photography

We sometimes photograph or film the floor for our TikTok and Facebook pages. If you would rather not appear, tell any member of staff and we will keep you out of the shot or remove the footage.

Content on this site

The XD Arena name, logo, page text, guides and design are ours. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy the content wholesale for another business.

The blog guides explain snooker rules and technique for general interest. They are written carefully but are not official tournament regulations.
