Leave your name and number and the counter will call you back. Bring the recharge amount for the tier you want and your card is made on the spot — number, PIN and all.
The membership card is normally Rs 500. For the first hundred members at opening, it is not.
Your membership is a physical XD Arena card issued at the counter. Three things sit on it:
This is the part worth being clear about. Rs 2,000 on Silver, Rs 5,000 on Gold and Rs 10,000 on Platinum are minimum recharge amounts — that balance sits on your card and you spend it on frames, the executive room, the arcade and the massage chair. You are not paying it away; you are loading it up.
The only actual charge is the card fee of Rs 500 — and the first 100 customers do not pay that either.
Platinum's 15% on the executive room saves Rs 120 an hour. On 15-red frames at Rs 200 each, Gold's 10% gives you a free frame roughly every ten you play — before the loyalty points are counted.
All three tiers include a free locker. If you own a cue, that alone is worth the card — it means never carrying it back and forth again.
