Who we are

XD Arena is a snooker and gaming lounge at 1st Floor, Barkat Plaza, Nankana Road, Shahkot, District Nankana Sahib, Punjab, Pakistan. You can reach us on +92 307 1720675 or +92 319 4166290 or on WhatsApp. We are responsible for the information described below.

What this website collects

This site is a set of plain pages. It has no login, no shopping cart and no account system, and it does not ask you to create one.

• Nothing is collected by default. Browse the site and we receive no personal information from you.
• If you use the enquiry form on the contact page, it composes a WhatsApp message for you. Nothing is stored on this website — the message only exists once you choose to send it, and then it lives in your WhatsApp chat and ours.
• If you send a booking request or a membership application (the Book a Slot and Apply for Membership forms), the details you type — your name, phone number, and the service, day and time or the plan you asked for — are delivered securely to our own counter system, so we can call or message you back and confirm. We accept online bookings from this website and use those details for that purpose and nothing else. The confirmation reaches you on the number you gave.
• If you check a card balance on the membership page, the card number and PIN you enter are checked against our records and only your own balance is shown to you. The PIN is never stored by the website, and failed attempts are limited to protect your card.
• If you allow analytics using the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage statistics. See the section below.
• Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time). These are generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability, and we do not use them to identify individuals.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies at all unless you accept analytics in the banner. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again — that is a preference, not tracking, and it never leaves your device.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and understand which pages people find useful. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser data for this site, which resets the banner.

Third parties on this site

• Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which involves your IP address.
• Google Maps — the map on the contact page is embedded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
• Google Firebase — carries booking requests, membership applications and balance checks from this website to our counter system, and stores those requests for us. It processes them on our behalf under Google's privacy terms.
• Vercel — hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• WhatsApp, TikTok and Facebook — links out to our profiles. Once you follow a link you are on their platform under their policies, not ours.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Information we hold at the arena

This is separate from the website, but you should know about it.

• Membership cards. If you take a card we record your name, phone number, your card balance and your loyalty points, so the card works and so a lost card can be restored to you.
• Bookings. If you call, message, or use the website's Book a Slot form to hold a table or room, we record your name, number, and the service, day and time you asked for — and mark the request off once it is handled.
• Membership applications. An application sent from the website is kept with your name, number and the plan you asked for, so the counter can call you back, and is marked off once handled.
• Online payments. If you pay a recharge by bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or NayaPay, the transfer happens in your own banking app — this website never sees or stores your banking details. We keep the receipt you send us only to match the payment to your card.
• Bills. Sessions and payments are recorded in our counter software for accounting.

This information is kept on our own systems at the arena and is used to run the business — nothing more. We keep it for as long as your membership is active, and for as long as accounting rules require in the case of bills.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold. Call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you what is on your membership record.
• Correct it. If your name or number is wrong, we will fix it at the counter.
• Have it deleted. Ask us to close your membership and remove your details, subject to any bills we are legally required to keep.
• Refuse analytics. Decline in the cookie banner. The site works identically either way.

Children

XD Arena is a family-friendly venue and young people are welcome with their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Membership and billing records at the arena are kept on counter systems accessible only to our staff. No system is perfect, but we do not hold card numbers or payment credentials — payments are handled at the counter through cash, card terminals, JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on our social channels.
